Turmeric Tea Recipe

Note: This turmeric tea recipe makes enough for two.

Ingredients

250ml / 1 cup water

225ml / 1 cup organic coconut milk

0.5 oz / 1 tablespoon organic butter or ghee

1 serving of powdered stevia or organic brown rice syrup

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

good pinch of ground black pepper

Method

1  Take a saucepan, add the coconut milk and water to it, and warm through for 2 minutes.

2  Then add the syrup, butter and turmeric.  Carry on heating and stirring for another 2 minutes, until all ingredients are dissolved and mixed together.

3  Pour into mugs or glasses, then kick back and relax.
