Golden Turmeric Tea Recipe

turmeric tea recipe

In the continent of Asia, turmeric tea goes by the beautiful name of liquid gold and there it is used as a nourishing anti-inflammatory drink.

The extensive healing power of curcumin (the active compound in turmeric) is now widely understood and there are over 10,000 scientific studies referencing it and its therapeutic abilities [1].

It has been shown to do everything from reducing pain and inflammation, improving mental well-being, and lowering cholesterol and blood sugar, to extending lifespan, acting as an anti-microbial, protecting the liver and destroying cancer cells.

In fact, curcumin’s vast healing power makes it superior to many man-made medications.

This golden turmeric tea recipe is a wonderful way of increasing your curcumin intake, because it’s so rich and creamy and very comforting.
